Communist-Run App Displaying All the Traits of a Dictatorship
This app feels like it’s straight out of a Communist-run regime! It displays all the classic traits: banning users without reason, providing convoluted explanations with absolutely no transparency, and most infuriatingly, *no appeal process*. They hold absolute power—police, prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner all in one. Decisions are made arbitrarily, just like a typical dictatorship. And guess what? Just like in Communist China, there’s no jury either! This is an unacceptable abuse of authority, especially from a state-ordained monopoly. Overly collect personal data, ban user for no reason, and rude customer service
I have the app for months before my first attempt to purchase. The first time I ask information about a sofa, I was banned for no reason and I need to provide my personal ID or passport to unlock the account. I canceled the account and try again to purchase a shelf, they banned me after I paid for it.
Once I am banned, I cannot see the shipping info of my purchase, I cannot email see my id
The customer service is not too helpful keep asking for an user Id I cannot see. And the ban is permanent unless I give out my personal ID or passport number with a photo of my ID and Passport. I finally gave in so that I can see the shipment.
The follow up phone call from the customer service really tipped off my nerves. She said my account was banned because my account was at risk, but she failed to provide info about the risk they are talking about.
I only see my personal information is at risk with these kind of people handling my personal data.

只问了下别人做出口物流服务的一句进口的能不能做就被判违规，申诉还不给通过，这都是一群什么脑回路的人在做事没办法ffff
