Cannot use because of splash screen
The app never reaches a usable state because the splash screen doesn’t load. M1 iPad.

tried to download app to get notifications if there was any wrecks on my 1.5 hour commute. However I am currently sitting in traffic, which I have been for about an hour now and there is no mention of this traffic incident anywhere in the app.

If you want to view interstate traffic condition during an incident, DON’T!
