Force Crashing?
I love this game. And I'm so glad to of put it back on my phone. The first time I opened it, It played well and I had no problem. Now when I tap it to load the game, it crashes after 2 seconds. Is there a bug or something? I would just like to be able to play againeevee9053

The app is continually crashing after I purchase pet points. This has happened twice on me now. I'll purchase them, continue playing until the app crashes and won't let me back in without deleting and redownloading. Very not happy. And unlike the others there is no way to restore the previous purchases. That's the only reason I tried deleting and redownloading! Look, here's the deal...
Ok so I loved the first one and wanted to play it again for fun and a bit of nostalgia since I haven't played it since I was 6. Anyways I go and look and I find Pretty Pet Salon 2! I instantly downloaded it and started playing. About 2 hours later every time I opened the app, I crashed. I tried again. I crashed. After several attempts it opened up! Then crashed!!! I had to delete it and re install it if i wanted it to work. But it will do this occasionally so I will have to restart again, and again, if I want to play it. Please fix this. I love your game. It's so addictive and fun just this annoyance has gone on for too long. Please fix this. Thank you.Show lessBrady0202

Was a great game
This was a really fun game but since the last few upgrades on my iPod I can no longer play. It starts to load then goes to a black screen then back to my home screen. Please fix. I loved this gameHappycamper2020

I love this game so much I'm a level 4 and in London but I really want to collect my daily rewards but you need wifi. We don't have wifi in my house but we have data , so i turned on my data.... And the game crashes! I really need my rewards so I can level up and get new workers because I only have 2 and it's hard. I don't want to waste money on pet points. Good game with a big problem
I love this game to bits but because there doesn't seem to be a way to earn pet points in the game I tried to earn them through watching videos etc. but after doing so the app crashes completely and even after a reboot it still didn't work so I had to delete and instal again, consequently losing everything. Please sort this out. It is really unfair that we have to use real money to enable us to buy more staff which otherwise makes the game increasingly difficult.Show less15O493

This game is great but I would love to be able to play it. When I click onto the game it loads but then goes to a black screen and then goes back to the home screen. I have tried deleting it and then downloading it again but that hasn't worked. I've tried turning the phone off and turning it back on. I've also tried clearing the history many times.
