This release, 10.1, includes everything included in our 10.0 release with a few improvements. It features a refreshed home screen experience. With the new sidebar, it is easier than ever to access your content throughout the app. There are numerous other improvements included, as well. Core - A refreshed home screen experience, including a new sidebar that makes it easier to move around the app - Alerts are now automatically removed from your screen when they expire - A new Sync Log is available from the Settings screen - New messaging has been added to the Sync Manager screen to explain why a user is unable to sync - Print is now support from the in-app web viewer - Failed downloads are handled more intelligently now, which will reduce unnecessary retries amongst other issues - [10.1] When the side panel is closed, the side panel icon now displays the total count of badges so that users will not lose track of action items that need their attention. - [10.1] An issue that in some rare instances could cause the app to crash when rearranging tabs in the all tabs view has been corrected. DCM - Users can now suggest revisions in the PDF and ProAuthor viewers - Publications will now automatically transition from Preview to their normal operational status - A new publication context menu has been added to provide easy access to commonly used features - Health Check has been added to the Info Panel for publications - Reduced resource utilization when viewing many PDF publications - [10.1] The issue that caused a crash when navigating publication collections that contained sub-collections on a narrow screen (iPhone, or iPad in narrow split view) has been corrected. Workspaces - A new Delete option has been added to a Workspace's context menu AQP - Resolved a crash that could occur when setting up a new AQP evaluation - Fixed issues that could occur on evaluations with seat subs - Add Task button is now available immediately after starting an evaluation, if appropriate - The layout of the module's lists has been updated to be more dynamic

This release, 9.2, fixes a bug that prevents links to Forms from working correctly. Please visit the Client Portal for a full set of release notes. Forms365 - Links to Forms available to a user will again open a new response, fixing a bug that would cause an inaccurate error message to be displayed. - Added support for additional Forms link format

This release, 9.1, features a variety of brand new widgets, as well as other improvements and bug fixes. Please visit the Client Portal for a full set of release notes. Core - Updated widgets allow users to make their Comply365 content available directly from their home screen. - Thumbnails in the viewer have been updated to avoid scenarios that previously would have caused those thumbnails to be lost. PDF Viewer - The annotation menu now reliably displays in scenarios that could previously had caused it to hide immediately after being shown. Forms - When closing a form, users are no longer warned about losing unsaved changes if there are no unsaved changes. - (9.1) Forms with multi-select drop-down menus no longer cause a crash if they are closed, reopened, and then saved again before submission. Flights - Supporting Documentation has been updated and now features a cleaner presentation style. - We've updated the sync process for flight responses to ensure accurate recording of response information.

This release, v8.2, includes fixes for a few issues in Workspaces Please visit the Client Portal for a full set of release notes. Core - Workspaces with multiple instances of the same publication reliably apply an instance's starting location. - Fixed a crash that could occur if an instance of a publication in a Workspace was already open in the viewer when a Workspace was opened. - Workspaces marked as open, but with no open tabs, will now open all items when tapped. Viewer - Tab snapshots are no longer lost when the app moves to the background.

This release, v8.1, includes a fix for an issue related to external publications at the time of upgrade in certain configurations. In v8.0 we introduced Workspaces, and added support for viewing publications on multiple tabs, as well as numerous other improvements and bug fixes. Core - The application now supports the ability for a user to open the same publication on multiple tabs in the viewer, and to set each tab to a different location in the viewer. In conjunction with the new workspaces feature, this will allow users to set up a workspace that has a tab for each page that the user needs to be able to perform work for their workday, opened easily at the beginning of the shift. See Workspaces for more details. - We have improved network management to better handle limited networking states on devices. - The Alerts header will no longer unexpectedly display partially under the top header of the home screen. - The user can now scroll the viewer's tab bar without changing tabs. DCM - We now allow the user to search for their equipment in publication equipment filtering. - We have updated the application to fix an issue with deleting the last attribute from a publication. The app now correctly removes the attribute section from the Info panel of the publication. - The app now provides a link that opens the iOS Settings panel so the user can make changes for light and dark mode. - The app now applies the "New" badge when any file in a Linked PDF is changed or updated. - We have fixed an issue in the "Here and Subcollections" search so that it now returns search results correctly. PDF - When a user draws on a PDF, the app now correctly saves the blend mode setting that the user applied. - We now support links that have "#page=" syntax to open a specific page in a PDF.

This release, v7.1.3, includes a fix for LMS courses with links to PDFs and an issue with a context menu in the viewer. Please visit the Client Portal for a full set of release notes. LMS - Users can now successfully download and view PDF documents linked from LMS courses. Viewer - The menu for Bookmarks & Annotations could display erratically in some cases. This issue has been corrected.

This release, v7.1.2, includes fixes for Workflow and Resources. Please visit the Client Portal for a full set of release notes. Workflow - We have corrected an issue with online Workflow tasks that did not open. Core - We have corrected an issue that could cause a Resource to not open.
