Hello! The app cannot be used with a USA phone number. Mobilly is available for the European Union countries, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Ukraine.

Hi! It is also possible to add bank cards of other countries, not only those issued in Latvia. If you are unable to add your bank card, please contact us by calling +371 22001859 so that we can help you understand why it is not possible to add it. However, Apple Pay payments will be introduced soon. :)

Hello! Language selection for the app takes place at the very beginning of registration. If you did not choose English at that moment, when you register in the app, it is in Latvian. You can always contact us by calling +371 22001859 and we will help you change the language to English. Can you please tell us in more detail what exactly you failed to do when buying the ticket - buy it, activate it or something else?
Can’t register without Latvian phone number
Then I went to the website to try. It just blocks me. Tried again and the same. Then tried to access the help page and again got blocked by Cloudflare.
Can’t pay for parking now as there’s no other option…

Hello! Can you please tell us what country phone number you are trying to register with?
Minimum top up amount is €5
For example, if you need to get from Riga city centre to Purvciems/Plavnieki or Imanta you have to top up €5 minimum to your wallet and use it during specific amount of time.
It would be easier for tourists (and not only tourists) to have an option to add just €1.5/€2 or pay as you go option to your wallet. Thanks

Yes, we have a set minimum amount for which you can top up your Mobilly wallet, which is 3 euros. Unfortunately, the cost of withdrawing the payment amount of each purchase directly from the bank card is too high, so we invite you to add 3 euros to your wallet and spend this amount over time as needed.

Hi! We are sorry to hear you had such a bad experience using Mobilly. On 10th of August WordLine (bank card payments) experienced major technical issues in Latvia that affected payments also with Mobilly. At the moment, everything has been resolved and it is possible to make payments as usual.

Yes, unfortunately in March, when you visited Latvia, the app was not yet available with foreign phone numbers, but from April of this year, it's available for phone numbers of the European Union countries, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Ukraine.
