Reviews of Caduceus Medical Group

  • Need to revamp this app

Love the practice and the doctors. App is user-unfriendly.
  • Feedback on pricing, app, and name/logo

First, the most applicable review, your app is seriously UGLY. However, if it functions well, I’d go with 4.5⭐️ because putting healthcare access in an app is a beautiful thing.

Next, 3.5⭐️ for cash pay pricing. Reasonable and in some cases below market value. In other cases, it’s a bit weird. If an office visit is $89, why in the world is a BP check $88? You’re not charging that in addition are you?

Finally, for the resultant 1⭐️, your name and logo. Things are things that, once you see them, you cannot unsee them, which is why this won in the star rating contest. This is also what put you on my radar, actually. I did a search on google because I wanted to show my daughter the difference between a caduceus and a rod of asclepius. Caduceus is a symbol for commerce, not medicine. Rod of Asclepius is a symbol of medicine. Whoever made your logo actually understood this. Whoever named your practice messed it up. You guys are honestly the only practice I’ve ever seen mess this up the way you did. Usually, it’s the logo that’s wrong.
  • Not terribly useful

For a business that prides itself on being technically competent, this app looks like it was made in 2005. It's confusing to use, I have to punch the same info in over and over. Not very helpful.
