It Really Does Work
Was extremely sceptical about paying for the weight loss program but it really does work. Found myself not even contemplating that chocolate biscuit where I would usually eat the full packet!

I love these tapes! They put me straight to sleep. I’ve lost 50lbs and am still losing and I’m 61 so it’s no easy feet. But I can tell you definitively that before I listened to this tape telling me it was ok to leave food on my plate, I rarely did but now try to always leave food on my plate!

This is an App I have had for quite some time and like some others I suspect, in our busy lives, I forget to use it and it’s only when I start to feel ‘twitchy’ or annoyed with myself for letting my self discipline slip, that I suddenly realise I’ve forgotten my old friend Glenn who puts me back on track and calms me down, eliminating the troubles of the day. Whatever you choose within the package, as there are many options, I hope you can benefit from it and enjoy the experiences as I do.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now but have followed Glen for a while. Love his work. I really feel that the subliminal messages are working.
I find that listening before I go to sleep works best and then for the days after I don’t need to consciously think think about them. I will definitely download more!

Was a skeptic
I was skeptical that this was going to work at all, especially since I don’t wear head phones. But after listening almost nightly for the last 2 weeks I found myself saying things like “I am in control of my weight” , reminding myself to eat healthier, that I can choose what I put in my body. And while that doesn’t sound like a lot, it is when I am used to emotionally eating and I’m second guessing myself and changing my habits. I exercising more and have the motivation to do other things, even when I’m a bit depressed. I’ve bought several more modules to help with anxiety and concentration and slowly things are changing. Stick with it. Thank you for such a great app.
