无法使用。客服一问三不知，app下载之后根本无法连入网络
Not stable and need a new feature!
Everything worked well initially. however from time to time I had trouble listening to voicemail in the app, or getting phone calls or texts sent to my number in mainland China.
Missing a feature: when I was in China using the China SIM card, it would be great if I can receive SMS messages sent to my US phone number. Please add this feature!

Crashes after iOS updated to v12.2
It worked fine without big issues, but crashes every time after recent iOS update

ItalkBB cell phone app
It doesn’t work all the time. I think 90% do not work with data connection calls. For wifi calls are better. WhatsApp works better.
Service always busy during peak hours
The connection is really bad with or without the internet. I basically cannot use their service all the time during the peak hours (between 8-9am China time). Voice quality is extremely bad because there is always echo or lagging. I recommend to use WeChat chat, which is free and quality is much better

在italkbb app设置完全正确时：
亮点：WI-FI任何情况下都能正常拨出电话；
手机分钟数在我所在城市也能正常拨出电话。
暗点：最为重要的手机流量拨打电话却无法实现：电话一经拨出，随即被挂断，出现提示“对方无应答...”
结果就是，为了打个电话，必须在设置里手动选择Wi-Fi或分钟数。

尽管如此，italkbb的安卓版本却非常好用，值得称赞，我用了好多年，从没遇到过任何问题。然而它的苹果版，却出现了手机流量无法拨打电话的情况。
在此真诚希望italkbb技术人员能尽快修复苹果版的缺陷，让客户用得开心。

Occupied with bugs
I cannot receive calls from the US when in China. The app only shows the calling number and always fail to download the voice msg. Too many bugs to use it comfortably.
Worst service ever
Both Phone and TV services are bad, and customer service is worst, it’s easy to get the service but it’s so hard to cancel them, they keep tell you the cancellation department are busy and will call you back, I have been calling them in the past four days and still not able to cancel my services.
