  • Great app for learning Italian words - grown ups too

The whole thing is in Italian. I'm taking beginning Italian, but I'm passed the beginning stage and want to learn to listen and understand without the English. This flash card app is just perfect for me. It's basic, but advanced in that it doesn't provide the English. The training wheels are off. The audio says a word and you have to pick the right picture from 4 pics that represents the word. If you get it wrong, you get feedback ad you can try again. Great way to learn and rehearse. There are enough categories and enough words so there is some depth. It's probably a good app for 6-8 year olds, so it's not baby words. I only wish that there were more words and more pictures, for a Level II.
