Great App
I am confused by Tardive Dystonia’s review. I have been using On Shelf for over a year and have never paid more than the initial purchase price of $4.99. I've entered over 2000 items and have never been asked to pay more. I do know that the app does offer a subscription service that allows you to share data between multiple iPads and/or users, but that is optional and the prices are listed in iTunes. I think the program is well thought out and gives you the tools to manage inventory. The only problem that I have is you buy the App not realizing that you are Abe to use it for one month free. Then you are charged a subscription fee. I don't see anywhere in the information the details of the amount that you wii be charged monthly. Does the amount increase as the number of items increase in your inventory. I like to work with companies that are straight forward and lay all the details out before you purchase the App.Show lessTeam Prepared
Waste of money
I wish there had been reviews for this product before I spent the money on it. It's impossible to use! I try and try to figure out how to do the simplest of tasks and nothing makes sense. I went to the troubleshooting and FAQ page and NONE of the FAQ would help solve the issues I was having. I searched all over and now am just so annoyed that I give up! Not easy to use, doesn't help with inventory at all, and I definitely wasted an hour of time that could have been used to just simply create a document in numbers. Easy To Use
The best aspect of this app is the user interface and overall look and feel. I have tried all the other inventory management apps and have found this one to be the most usable and useful overall. GREAT PRODUCT!
Tried another App for the last week. Very frustrating. Found this one today and within 2 hours had done more with this program than with the other in 1 week!
Suggestions for future: multi-user, web, multi-site (warehouses). However, this App may already do the last item; perhaps I have just not found it yet.
Great features: Easy importing, great invoice capabilities, easy to order and send order to vendors, easy to add parts, very detailed reports without all the "fluff" a small company does not need. Prior to using this, it would take me 4 hours to create an order based on current inventory (spreadsheet method). Now it literally takes me 5 minutes . . . if I take my time!
It used to take us an hour to create a proposal . . . now it takes 10 minutes.
Thank you for making this App available! Worth every penny . . . and much more! When you are ready to create a web-based App so my staff can access it (even a read-only app to see inventory, but not share), I will be the first to pay a subscription for it!Show lessEric Wall. . .
Awesome app with a minor drawback
This app greatly helps if you are starting to open a new business or wanting to improve in your existing inventory tracker. This app provides all the tools necessary to succeed and be professional! The only drawback that this app has it needs some sort of integration with a credit card reader if you want to use this as a shelf register. I would love to see that happen that way I'm not switching between Square and this app to manage sales and transactions for the day. Otherwise I would give it five stars.Show lessJA.Leyva
