The app is not keeping up with the times. Since the new app came out months ago you can’t use bill pay if you have an iphone. Now I have an iphone X and you can’t use face recognition and still can’t use bill pay. You need to get a new company to create a better app. Talk to Bangor FCU they have everything up to date.
