Definitely worth it!
As a first year medical student, I find this app absolutely amazing. Having been struggling to find a good resources for Neuro, this was exactly what I need. I use it to preview the upcoming lectures and review pathways. It has been a great help. Since neuro comes up again 2nd year and on boards, its definitely worth the money and right on par with most other resources.

Excellent tool and guide to learning neuroanatomy.
Strongly recommended for those serious about learning neuroanatomy - whether you are a budding neuroanatomist, neuropathologist, neurologist or neurosurgeon, here is an app that will sharpen your neuroanatomical knowledge and help you retain it for posterity. The learning is fun and easy and even speeding a few minutes a day will help retain the stuff for years. An invaluable tool when looking at imaging and lesion localization.
While it is a relatively expensive app, it is definitely worth it especially when comparing it to any book on the subject. I have not bought the companion book. Enjoy.

Awesome, but not truly free
First, this app is not truly free - you have to pay for the lessons ($1 each or $25 for everything, but you can look at examples for free) That said, this may be one of the best resources out there for learning neuroanatomy. The time you save is worth every penny. There are plenty of books out there that cost more and are not as helpful. I learned what I needed quickly and thoroughly. This is a must-have app for med students learning any part of neuroanatomy.

Wow! Amazing tool
Just purchased the bundle. So far it seems worth the price... probably the most fun and novel method of learning neuroanatomy that you can't find anywhere else. Makes full use of the iPad as a learning tool because of its interactive component and its combination of audio and visual effects, all of which facilitate retention more effectively than just reading and memorizing or looking at pictures. What a brilliant idea that can only get better and better.

Buy the bundle
Was baffled by the spinal cord and brainstem motor and sensory pathways in my neuroanatomy class until I found this app. The drawing capability on the iPad rivals anything out there. Works best to label the images while the tutorials play and then label them afterward on my own. Incredible learning tool. Buy the bundle. The website has all kinds of additional features - exams, brain atlas, peripheral nerve directory. Very high yield.

Great source
Simplifies the overwhelming amount of information and makes it easy to retain! I find it helpful to review a section and get it down before moving on. Wish it had been available when I was in med school and residency
Neuroanatomy at its best
Hands down best Neuroanatomy app. I'm on my neurology rotation and needed a quick review to remember all the Neuroanatomy I've forgot since last year. This thing has everything and is simple to use. The tutorials build from basic to advance as they progress which makes them particularly easy to use. A must have.

Fantastic
Highly detailed tutorials, excellent method of learning neuroanatomy. Covers every neurological structure and system. Includes some information on pathology as well. Great for students.
I wanted to go 5, but here's my hang up...
I gave 4 stars because the app does everything it is described as doing. The videos are smooth & he speaks very clearly. In all, fantastic; thorough videos broken-down by subject matter.
My only ... it's not a complaint... "room for improvement" note, would be: between the thick red outline in its main picture and the pointed remarks of kinesthetic studying, I jumped (all alone in my mind) to the conclusion I could follow along drawing on my screen with the presentation. I'm a very hands-on learner & really hoped for something like this.
Again, the dev never makes claim that it does, but I think it would be great to see in the future, if possible.
