Not at all clear how to create a new treasure hunt. App refers you to their website for information. It’s then difficult to find the correct link for instructions and in the end the page is “empty “

Just ran a treasure hunt for my dragon boat team. It was easy to set it all up. Everybody worked how to use the app and had a great time.Allamandah
Accuracy not good…
I was trying to do the puffin parade with kids but the app makes it extremely frustrating. Lots of times it would not recognize that I’m there and wouldn’t let me register it - even though I’m literally standing on the exact point on the map - and looking at the puffin. Many times I had to walk around for a long time until it would actually get it - which is impossible to expect people with little children to do. Other times it would recognize I’m there before I found the puffin and I would loose sight of the map.
In my opinion the app should be corrected in a way - when you are near the object, click on it, and only then it should allow to register it if you are in approximately 200m range.
I’m literally giving up as it’s impossible. I went to some places just for this and couldn’t register anything…Show lesssallatka
How do you create your own scavenger hunt
What do you click on to create your own scavenger hunt. I only see about app that has no info and join another map. Clicking on the map icons does not create your own either.Tubemateluvr
Where’s Nat Scavenger hunt
We loved doing the scavenger hunt in downtown DeRidder. It was hot! Perhaps these things would be easier in the Fall. I was thinking that the merchants would get more involved. I thought we were going to hunt for the things in the stores. Which would have brought them a lot of business and given us a break from the heat. We did find the cupcake store open and stopped for a treat.

Such a shame a charity fund-raising app isn’t user friendly
Loved the idea of this way of entering their Competition. Sounded simple enough, when you get within 15 meters of the ‘target’ it should open the image your looking for. Such a shame it doesn’t every time. Then others open up when you’re in your car just driving past. If you don’t go back and complete the challenge you’ve missed it. Doesn’t offer it to you again. Really very disappointing and I’m sure even more so for the charity organisers. 😢Show lessBonniebiker

It’s a good app but doesn’t always show the goats as just been with the kids we found 1 but wouldn’t pick it up to take a selfie.Ganders11
