  • Pay each month?

Why can't it be like wordstorm with 1 payment instead of paying for each individual month? If you change that it gets 5 stars. Once I finish January of 2012, I'm not gonna want to buy each individual month. That's paying tons of money if you keep playing. No reason to do that. I can afford one payment but not a monthly payment.

  • Fantastic app!

This is a must for word lovers...it's one of my most used apps, and very reasonable. Thumbs up!
  • cool game

Would of given it more if dictionary was better.
  • Ridiculous Charges

This is a great game, one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the pricing is really inappropriate and comes as a big surprise. So I am no longer going to use this app. really a shame.
  • Too expensive but fun

I love this app but agree with all the others that it's a shame only one month is free and then you have to buy additional months. If the price has to stay ay $0.99 for each additional month, why couldn't there be discounts if buying, say, 3, 6 or 12 months worth of games. It's a great app but needs the price adjusted.

  • Too expensive

This would be a great game but it's WAY too expensive. Too bad
  • What a pity.....

Another five star game getting one star because of the developer's hefty pricing. I like the game ok, but I don't like it enough to "pay rent" by the month for the game. It only provides a mere few minutes entertainment to complete a game, and is certainly not worth the price the developer has stipulated.

There are a whole lot of games out there that many of us play on a daily basis, month in and month out. Can you just imagine if Mahjong Artifacts, Doodle Jump, Tiny Wings, Angry Birds, or some of the better card games decided to charge us each and every month for the privilege of playing their games? LOL

The developer did get one thing right for sure. This game is appropriately named, as it is quite "bewildering" when you consider the ridiculous overpricing and the lack of replay value due to boredom of seeing the same crosswords over and over again. :(

  • I agree it's too costly

It has the makings of a great app but the ongoing expense to purchase new games is not feasible and in my view not competitive. It has really put a sour taste in my mouth that 9 letter words are recycled in different months too especially when you're paying $1 a month! I think I'll keep looking to see what else is out there.

  • Addictive

We pass this game round the family to see who can fill the spaces in... Even my ten-year-old loves it and the competition is great! A+ Game.
  • Brilliant - simple but addictive

Simple concept that really engages your brain. Good to fill a few minutes of downtime (or a few hour)
