Words to describe this app, none good. Terrible for any professional setting.
Glitchy - crashes regularly, freezes regularly, doesn’t save notes, highlighting doesn’t work consistently. Dysfunctional. Ugly.
Use EScribe instead.

Nice App …. When it works
I have had this app for several years but the reliability is getting worse instead of better. Will not allow me to refresh so instead, I have to Sign-out of app but then on occasssion will not allow me to sign back in.
Glitchy. Disappointing.

When it works, which is becoming less often, it’s a handy app to review agendas etc. But it has continually become less reliable to a point where I elect not to use it because of the frustration that occurs trying to deal with the many bugs.
Issues:
- Blank agendas. Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app works, most times it doesn’t anymore.
- Sign in issues.
- Download issues. When attempting to download an agenda it prompts ‘only 1 download at a time’ which is fine and I hit ‘ok’. Then it looks as though it’s downloading but then stops. Hit the download button again, same prompt, same issue.

Useless
Freezes, I have a highlighter issue that no one at your company can fix a year later, tired of uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s been crap since your company bought it from iCompass. It’s like no one cares anymore about support and maintenance.
Kind of glitchy
When it works its great. But sometimes it won’t let me view the agenda and we don’t know why. If you log out and wipe out all your history then log back in sometimes that will fix the problem. But not always.
Buggy and doesn’t work 1/2 the time
Times out, doesn’t load agendas, freezes, etc. Don’t bother with it.
Not updated for latest 11inch iPad
This is a functional app used by our municipality and some important improvements have been made though its falling behind in some area’s and is very weak on the notes side which Granicus seems to do much better at. It has also not yet been updated for the 11 inch iPad which is disappointing.
Very buggy app
The app seems to take forever to open a meeting agenda as the wheel keeps spinning. You have to close the app completely and then reopen to actually get into the specific agenda. Sometimes this takes a couple of times before it works correctly.
The app also shows an incorrect update at times which makes you think the agenda has been updated when it really hasn’t.
Thankfully, the desktop version works well. ICompass needs to invest more in development for the app
