The app is very helpful when you are away with your work station however, some information that is reflecting in the MyPage such as Favorites and Feedbacks is not reflecting on the app. It says also that you will get a notification if you have new reservations or cancelled classes but receive none. I hope this will be fixed.

I don't see any notifications from this app. I had a booking for March 26 but I didn't receive any notifications like few years ago where I get to see notifs of the students who booked me and even promotion. I hope they will fix this asap! ☺️

It says it does sent your OTP when signing in but you'll receive nothing . If using the password it doesn't work either. Please look into it. Thank you

I loved this app before, accessible to teachers and can easily teach (except H5 lessons) and view the materials beforehand, but they changed its notifications, repititive announcements about peak hours keep on popping almost every hour every day. I need proper notifications again about bookings and cancellations by students, not about peak hours reminder!

Abnormal Function
Since November 24, 2021, the notifications for booked and canceled classes are not reflecting. Those notifications are the most important function of this app and make this app useful to all 51talk teachers who use this app. We don't need a repeated notification to plot schedules anymore because we already did. It’s annoying and being irrelevant already. We need the notifications of who booked and canceled our class schedules. If this is a technical issue or some kind of glitch with the system, please fix this immediately. We need this app as being reliable. Thank you for understanding. We’ll wait for your immediate response.

Annoying unnecessary notifications
No notifications for cancelled class and sudden classes. I got penalty because of the mo notif. We're receiving useless notifications of promoting open slots.
