Changing crops

You can’t change crops. Whatever it’s has there’s no changing. Tried sliding the side, top, hit the three line button…. Nothing

Doesn’t work 2-28-22

It has worked great until now. And still works on my iPhone but not the iPad. I am having problems with it not wanting to scroll down to another crop. Screen is frozen and does nothing. Tried deleting and reinstalled but does not work. Suggestions?
