  • Really good!

    With this app I really liked how you could choose between 3 different options of workouts based on what type of training you were planning on doing. I also liked that you could create personal workouts as well, whether they were random or carefully put together. The main thing I did not like about this app is that it is pretty outdated and a lot of the exercises were plain and simple. I had already seen many of these exercises before, so in my opinion the app wasn't and isn't necessary for my workouts. Also, in order to get in a good 45-minute workout you have to do 3 or 4 of the workouts because each is only about 12 minutes.

  • Nice & easy workout

    OMG! I simply LOVE these personalized workouts. I've only been hanging out with Claudia for one week now (12 min lose weight workout for 5days) and I already feel the difference in my jeans around my thighs (my problem area).
    I recommend this for anyone.

    This app is just perfect I love it, I can listen to music while she is teaching me everything I can use this early in the morning before school & when I come home after doing homework! I really don't know what I would do with out this app!

    This workout has been fine for me, as a senior citizen. It could be improved by adding a few other people as examples..I find that keeps me from getting bored. Also, there is bit too much similarity between the warms ups and also the first couple of cardio routines. It's good that there are music choices, but it doesn't sound to me that the routine is in time with the music.

    I could not praise this app enough, when I finished my first 12 min session I felt like I had a great workout. It takes it in steps and gradually builds and doesn't push the limit. Plus it's free!!! :)
