Southern Relatives in La Ronge, SK
We have lived away from our homelands on the Dehcho and our Deh Gáh Got’ię First Nations family and friends for quite a while now. My son has wanted to learn his South Slavey Dene language for what seems like an eternity to me (his mom). Now this app will allow us to do just that. We are very appreciative to the people who saw the need to save our language and to those who extended the effort to create this app. It is wonderful to see people we know and love when looking through the app as well. We are so pleased our journey to speak and teach my grandchild some of the language is now a reality. It is very empowering for us! We look forward to learning more from the future development of this app. Mahsi Cho!

I can't believe this app is free. It is very fun to learn the language and play with games too.

I am a Dene mother and wife from Northeastern BC and love that this is available for myself and my children. My children no longer have access to Dene classes in school because they no longer attend reserve school so this is an excellent learning tool for all of us! Thank you so much. My husband is from the Acho Dene Koe and I'm very grateful the Gov't of the NWT took it upon themselves to initiate this educational tool for First Nations people. Mahsi cho!! Excellent work and I look forward to seeing the growth and success of this app!!
