Great game but...
I thought the graphics were amazing. Which why this game has a 2 star rating and not a 1 star. Its just that all trials games are going to be compared to trials hd on Xbox.
Here's my issues with the game:
The physics don't feel right. I mean I can backflip way out of control way too easy. I can't bunny hop the bike like I can in other trials games.
The bike suspension feels too stiff.
The bike hops/bounces when riding a wheelie!?! Which kills your speed.
The controls take some getting use to.
I have a ton of cash saved up in this game and can't use it to purchase anything! What is the point of the cash!?! I would rather save up and buy the new skins for the rider and bike rather than find them.
Don't get me wrong, I do like the game, there's some stuff that needs to be addressed. Once that happens ill change my rating.Show lessrangborg
Never pay $2.99 before you read the reviews...
I made a mistake and bought this game before it had been rated. The graphics looked awesome, the story line sounded like fun, so far so good. The controls are completely wonky. I tried every option and combination an nothing works quite right. Especially if you use the slider control for throttle you often end up hitting the reset button and messing up your race time. You should be able to buy things with the cash you earn, because trying to find it with the controls this jacked up is nearly impossible. I'm hoping that there will be an update to resolve these issues in the very near future. I won't delete the app yet, but I also wouldn't recommend anyone purchase it.Show lessRedgibsonsg
Good so far...
So far so good. Only bad points is I can't get the "bet" option to work. It doesn't actually let me accept the bet on offer. Also the bike motions seems a bit wooden. For example when you crash the bike and driver hit something but just bounce around, just a small thing.bobit987
If only it had the bike baron engine.
The graphics and art direction are on point. Everything is there but the physics and games like this are mostly about the physics. Trials is obviously the standard. If only this games graphics were paired with bike baron's physics it would be the closest iOS rendition of trials.newlygrownappendage

Downloaded this earlier for my iPhone and am really glad I did. This plays very similar to other stunt bike games out there with you negotiating different courses as a trials bike style rider i.e. you get around certain jumps by speeding up/slowing down but also using the weight of your rider to keep balance. Graphically it is far superior to other games of its ilk and looks pin sharp on my phone, I would guess it looks better still on the latest iPad. For £1.99 it is well worth the money but if your not sure try the lite (free) version first.Show lesshades-anansi

Amazing graphics! Love the steampunk look with a myriad (color splashed on just right) of neon signs. Color is always good, makes things attractive and lively. More neon signs and rustic places, has that old carnival flavor!Big Gupta
