Can’t decode data

Can’t use this app at all. When loading data in the app a decoding problem is happening. This has been happening intermittently for the past few months.

App won’t let me access tickets

Worked for one week and now I get a 3rd party sign in failed notification every time. Can’t access my Mercury tickets so not sure what we’ll do on game days. Very frustrating app. Needs an overhaul.

In the mean time, you can manage and download your mobile tickets by logging in to your Mercury Account Manager via https://am.ticketmaster.com/mercury/ . Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope you are able to enjoy the other features of the new Suns-Mercury-Footprint Center App like our new Arena Map, and Concessions List when you're cheering on the Mercury this season!

Can’t login to Ticketmaster

Got season tix for Mercury and was told to use app to retrieve my tickets. Unfortunately, the app isn’t recognizing my email and PW for Ticketmaster, and thus I cannot access my tickets. Frustrating to say the least.
