The app seems better than the video. I have two favorite songs. Introduction and U is for unicorn.
Love the app, support was slow
The app is too fun for my toddler and brings me right back to watching the VHS as a kid. Only problem was a long delay on support for a sound issue (which ended up being an embarrassingly easy fix). Very happy now.

Videos will not play on iPhone 6, any one else having issues?

When I purchased this app, the videos would not download. I filled out an online form, and explained my concerns. I received a reply back within 24 hours explaining the situation, and was assured a fix was being worked on. I received updates as they became available, and notification when the fix became available. I am very pleased with the support provided, and the app is now working as it should!

Download not working
Bought this App because my sobs enjoyed the video so much when they were little. However, none of the videos will download for me. What a wasta.
Horrible!
Don't know what the problem is with this app. Both the Geoffrey version and the bear version will not play past "C". Paid $2.99 to get all of the letters and they won't play! Feel completely ripped off.
Why???
Loved this app for my son as much as for the nostalgia of my childhood. The most recent update (was automatically updated when I had to restore my iPad) is ATROCIOUS! Why would you take out the mascot and not even replace him? It looks ridiculous. There are a pair of floating hands, badly cut/editing scenes and a disembodied voice saying he's a giraffe. The bear character looks terrible as well. I would not have bought this app if I knew it would be severely altered without having the option to keep as is. Will be contacting the company.
