Great App he’s learning so fast!
This app is pretty cool . Only downside got me is not having access to more activities without paying . It be great to earn as he learned and just watch a few ads .At2 he is spelling

Suprisingly surprised
My little one had to miss out on pre-K this year so as a way to get her up to speed with things I’ve been working with her at home. I found this app and it’s been so great so far!! I’m happy I found it! She loves itv.cavazos

Cute but not gonna pay
Cute games, but not gonna pay a monthly fee! I would rather pay a flat fee upfront. Plus, I already have access to at least the lite version (if not full) of a few of the individual games. Don’t want to pay twice!jmd911

I absolutely love this app and it is my daughter’s favorite. She’s not yet two and I know she has learned to say names of some letters and animals partially because of this app. She is also able to navigate the app by herself. The only little thing I don’t like is they say “X” is for Christmas Tree.Show lessclovisbraha

Fun and education but fees are outrageous
Title says it all. My 18 month old LOVES this app, and her recognition, vocabulary and language has improved immensely because of it. However the fees they charge for monthly or yearly subscriptions are absurd. It should be a one time fee upfront when purchasing the app, like all of their other apps.Show lessNonsne
Do not download or buy
Im giving it a one star cause I must rate it but this a 0 star I downloaded this app for my son and he loved it but of course we had to buy full version in order for him to learn more letters not just only A but when I purchased this app YEARLY it said first 7 days trial free ... but he was still not able to play full version i struggled with this app to make it work but it didn’t at all I immediately uninstalled this app before my 7 day trial ended I better not find a charge on cc that’s for sure.Show lessmurill05

There should be no problems with this app, I never heard about a similar issue. Please contact our technical support for more help. Make sure that you use this app on the same account as you purchased it (App Store does not support family share for subscriptions). You need to cancel the subscription at your iTunes account (as for any other subscriptions). You can try to ask iTunes Customer support to refund any accidental charges. They are usually able to help.
