2FA and Passkey Support
It would be awesome if we could setup Authy for 2FA. So the account is protected from phone number logins.
Also it would be cool if passkey support was here. That you could have multiple passkey’s. Then have your bank account. Wired to a piece of hardware. So nobody can just login with a SIM swap attack or something like that.

Landscape view on iPad
I use my iPad frequently for the app and I don’t understand why the option for the landscape view has been taken away?? It is quite frustrating and truly hope that it was an over site. PLEASE bring the option back!!
Bug?!
App doesn’t load anymore , have tried multiple times to log into the mobile app with no success on or off of Wi-Fi. It’s like it’s stuck on the loading screen. Super annoying.

Awkward listing of debits and credits
Having the pages determine button at the bottom of each page along with the earliest listing also at the bottom BUT the top of the listing coming up each time a new page is checked makes for lots of extra scrolling. Changing the page determine button to the top of the page makes more sense!

Everything about the app is slow/sluggish and it is very frustrating. I prefer mobile banking but the app in its current state makes me not want to use it. + I get errors when I try to make remote deposits.
Capital online banking
Capitals online banking is very user friendly , I tend to be electronically challenged but can easily navigate their app
