Many Bugs/Glitches
I gave this app three stars because there are way too many glitches and bugs. It is also difficult to use. The app asked me for my location and it was off by a lot. I had to delete and re-download the app to add in my location manually to be able to find my campus (which was not shown as the location was off). Once I figured out how to find my campus, I wrote my first tip and added an image. I expected to be able to view a preview image, but there was none. I still have some hope for this app, and I hope it will be updated sometime soon.

Not enough
This app is only for adults and college students. We need Tipnow for High schools as well. Kids are cruel and this app would be perfect for minors to anonymously give a tip to the school about other children of they are bullying them or if they seen other kids doing a crime.
Not good
It is not good becuase people are going to use this to send the police to the wrong place and they will hit worst app ever!!!! Do not download
