One I come back to regularly … amazing.
This game is the one I keep coming back to. It is always fun, challenging and thought provoking. The addons are well worth the money but are not needed to enjoy the base game. There are regular updates to keep it interesting and when you complete all of the levels… make your own and share them with the community. There are 100’s of fan made games, levels and diseases to try out. Educational and just a little twisted… this game is a must play for strategy lovers and those considering world domination.

I love this game, small issue though…
This game is amazing, a great time burner and enjoyable strategy game. All of the add-ons are so worth it, except for one, tiny issue. In the Custom Scenarios, for the occasional scenario, a creator is able to turn off cheats. I, personally, think that if you have payed for the cheats with your own money, you shouldn’t have them taken away because it is the intended manner. At minimum, they should at least have a pop-up that says “This scenario is intended to be played with cheats inactive.” Or something, and still let you use cheats if you wished. Otherwise, this game is perfect, but being able to have what you payed for unable to be used because the creator of the custom scenario does not intend for it to be used really drags down the rating from a five star to a two star. Thank you, Plague Inc developers for reading this. I truly hope you heed my advice.

Items removed - No refund offered
I’ve had this game installed for about a year and I’ve made a few purchases on it. One such thing being the ‘zombie’ game mode but I’ve come onto the app today and it’s been removed and is telling me I must pay for it again. I’m unsure what has occurred or if there is a specific helpline I can refer to for assistance in this matter. Great game and fantastic otherwise but I would either like my purchase refunded in full or have the feature unlocked as I do not want to pay twice for a product I’ve already paid for.

good and i have an idea to make the game better.
So this game is good I recommend it but there's a bit you can fix. First I want the mobile and computer plague inc to be the same, and I want there to be a cross platform game mode were there is one player or more on the plague team and one player or more on the cure team. I would really recommend this not only for how fun it would be, it would also be very good for sales i will think about making this a five stars if you listen, but thank you for making this great game, and if people are reading this to see if they want it, get it. And i'm not a bot, I'M NOT A BOT!

This game is crazy good, hard but good, ranging from fun up to saving the world from what you caused. It’s great and I appreciate that about Plague Inc. the realistic model how fun the game is. normal mode is awesome. Just making a plague. You have so many different abilities to upgrade your… I mean… whatever it is. YOU CAN UPGRADE IT. and I love how they use Roman numerals instead of 1 2 3 4. I could go on and on. But just to save time for reading this review. I recommend the game. if you’re crazy enough as me just keep reading, I said I could go on and on. so why not do it? And there were so many different types of viruses you can get bacteria, virus, and all the way up to alien virus. (the funny thing about it is there is an upgrade that allows you to turn people into snails with the alien virus) and there is a cure mode. But get the cure mode you have to pay. Why do I have to pay a game They already payed for!? It’s actually kind of annoying. It’s not even all that fun. Minus one star. It’s still a great game, though ranging from beginner all the way up to brutal difficulty. As normal already feels impossible. Look at brutal over here. You don’t even do anything and They already have the cure. It’s so annoying. all I know is that you should play the game. mike drop. this guy is out.

Classic Must-Buy
One of the original games for the phone, and it still holds up today as one of the best. Don’t be fooled by the in app purchases, cause everything is unlockable by completing challenges. It’s a strong recommendation to anyone with spare change.
Incredible Game
Plague Inc is an incredible game with realistic responses and gameplay to how the world would react to a disease and how the disease would evolve. I love science mostly Quantum Mechanics and I can thank Plague Inc for that as it was one of the original things that got me into Science in the first place and without it I likely wouldn’t be as interested in all the sciences as I am today. Plague inc is great for both casual and hardcore gamers because it has a variety of difficulties that range from Casual, Normal, Brutal and Mega Brutal. For casual gamers I would recommend Casual and Normal and for hardcore gamers I would recommend Brutal and Mega Brutal. This game is so easy to pick up in fact that my Dad who has never really played any video game’s before loves it and play’s it on my computer frequently. If I could give it a rating out of 10, I’d give it an 11. Would highly recommend. Great Game.

Best game ever!
I love this game!it’s the best science game I wish my school class would play it!but it needs updates!update idea:PvP make a mode where you could play with other people like let’s say there was a mode where it would be a virus vs virus 🦠 where like it would be who would infect the world 🌎 faster you could sabatoge,buy power ups and steal upgrades!it would be called:VvV(virus vs 🦠) my dad loved this game when he was younger but sadly he got bored of it but I love this game make more updates and keeping being awesome ☺️ oh shoot now I want to see your other games now lol 😂 I bet I’ll love them!1st place science game ever!!!! Amazing game, but a few suggestions
Hello, devs! Plague Inc. is a truly amazing game. The first day I downloaded it, I got addicted! However, I have a few suggestions. First, can you add another transmission called Reptiles? Basically it just allows the disease to travel on reptiles, and add a logo of an alligator. Secondly, you have to pay for a lot of stuff. Like Cure Mode, other plague types, and much more. It’s kinda annoying that I have to pay for SO much stuff, so please think about that. Finally, I think you should add a special add on you have to pay for - “Universe Mode.” The main theme is that you’re a huge space organism, kind of like an alien, and that you try to infect the entire universe. Planets, stars, and much more. Of course, you shouldn’t make the add on take forever- since, you know, you’re taking over the entire UNIVERSE. Maybe speed up the gameplay a little.
