  • Excellent

    I love this app. Our department has been using it for years without any major issues at all.

    One thing I would request is when sorting by “Response Type” in the personnel tab it would be of great help to colour code the response type.

    For Example: If someone hits responding their name bar will appear bright green.
    If someone hits unavailable they will show up as red and “watch” would be yellow.

    This would greatly increase reaction time to know who is responding.

  • New ringtones

    Great app and never had a problem with it, it’s been amazing to have some thing that I don’t have to worry about crashing or going down, my only thing is can you add more ring tones like Chicago fire tone or others like that

  • Keeps logging off

    Ever since the iOS update I keep getting logged off. Is there a bug that can be fixed from having to deal with this everytime? Also push notifications are having issues coming through since the update as well.
