I’ve been playing this game for a long while and I absolutely love this game, but a down side is their is only a couple clothes that take a minute or so. I order things for 7 hours or so and then in the morning it is all ready. That is one of the three things that I really want y’all to update.Nadily Y

i used to love this game now if you buy gems they take your money and you will not receive the gems i have tried several times and Nanobit support is not giving my money back i feel bad for the kids playing this game when you try to go to support on the game it says 503 service Temporarily Unavailable ridiculous fix this game!! U need to fix the font is very big and you can’t see the game because the font covers most of the screen ..very annoying!! i have tried to connect with Facebook and they will not let you also you can not save any of your game stuff if you go to a different device used to they would save it if you went into facebook not anymore Nanobit you need to get with the times it’s 2021!! you are taking advantage of people by taking money from them and not giving them gems !! and it need to stop!!either fix the issue or take it off Apple products!! 👎🏻👎🏻😡Show lessBaby3638

I just bought the special offer of the day on entering this app to play and for the second time my purchase went through, said it was successful and I got nothing!!
Just tried for third time, purchase "successful" but NO GEMS!!!

Crashes when I open it
I love this game, have been playing for many years. Every time I open it it on my iPad it crashes 😤😤 😭😭 I have tried everything to fix this, I hope it’s fixed soon 🥺🥺hihi ;3

Honestly I would not recommend this game to anyone accept if you are a grandma with grandkids. And I am not trying to be rude, make it their childhood, make is nostalgic and fun. Make them want to get it even eight years later just because of the memories.Natalie E F
