One of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered. Slow. Buggy. Terrible from top to bottom. Why have a favorites tab if it doesn’t filter out the other locations?NNRedacted
Password reset
This app is exasperating! Password reset does not appear to work. It asks you for your email address, but it never sends an email to do the reset. You his may be an operational issue, but it is unacceptable when a CUSTOMER is trying to buy tickets! It also is messed up the way it handles locations. Location selection is hidden, and when you find it, and find a movie, it reverts back to cinemas on PR. This app is trash for trying to buy tickets! The email address listed in this App Store listing under Privacy Policy is an invalid email address. Email to it is returned as undeliverable. Why are new reviews deleted?Show lessfed up with improvements
Can’t purchase tickets
I tried different payment methods, different seats, and the app didn’t allow me to pay an extra $3 to purchase the tickets. To make it worse, the movie kept on losing the video so after 4 failed attempts we left. Two nights ago they ran out of popcorn and hotdogs because the line was too long 20 minutes before closing. I’m rambling because Caribbean Cinemas doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.Show lessMore powerful facebook app
Too many bugs

Too many crashes
It’s easy for looking up showtimes but is impossible work with when checking out tickets or buying food. Crashes a lot. Bugs must be fixed.Ubaldo Rosario
Always a problem to buy
Is a useless app. 80% of the time doesn’t work. Now the new issue for me it doesn’t stay logged in. It ask for my credentials to sign in, I sign in and then when I pass to buy tickets it logs me out so it doesn’t let me buy tickets. You guys need a better IT Team.Connery Bradford
Bro mil años para un Password
En mis casi 17 años creando websites y conociendo el internet nunca un password recovery había tardado tanto. Es como si lo hicieran manual y después de las 3 de la tarde no hay nadie enviando recovery y lo envían primero por correo desde dónde estén sus developers hasta el HQ de Caribbean y entonces luego envían un email con una clave.Show lessKruzfx
