Taiwan users only
Registration of the service is only open to users who have a Taiwan cellular phone number. Despite message stating the service will open to international users, there's been no change to this restriction for 6 months and more. Useless IM/social media service until it does. How about only release it to international AppStores only when the service is available internationally?
