This app has been soooo useful to me. Every day I listen to Glenn Harold’s Stop Smoking app, which utilizes hypnosis. It has a journal so I keep track of My Best Buddy facts in that journal when I listen to the hypnosis Tracks. I am so encouraged every day. I love to see how much money I’ve saved! I have already saved (in just 45 days) $575! That is about half the cost of a round trip flight to Honolulu. My goal is to use the money I save to make my third trip to Hawaii. Also, I was astonished to see how many cigarettes I have not smoked. In the last 45- days I have avoided almost 1,200 cigarettes. I had no idea! I needed to see that! Anyone quitting tobacco should use this app.
