Mobile deposit issue
Tried to deposit two checks via mobile deposit, same day. Did both one after the other, the same way. One wasn’t accepted, one wasn’t - the larger or the two. The bank couldn’t tell me why.
New update made good, great

The Firstrust mobile app is convenient and saves a lot of time. The ability to check balances/transactions, make transfers and mobile deposits has saved me trips to the bank. Very convenient.

Happy with this app. It’s easy to use and has many great features. I love using mobile deposits and pay other people. I don’t have to go through a third party app that requires my personal information to pay others - Firstrust handles that!
