The Firstrust mobile app is convenient and saves a lot of time. The ability to check balances/transactions, make transfers and mobile deposits has saved me trips to the bank. Very convenient.

Happy with this app. It’s easy to use and has many great features. I love using mobile deposits and pay other people. I don’t have to go through a third party app that requires my personal information to pay others - Firstrust handles that!

The Firstrust Mobile app is hands down above the rest! The ease of move moment from within and the ability to transfer funds from the click of a button have take. The stress out of mobile banking as we know it.

Check images rotate in banking app.
I have repeatedly complained that I am unable to take photographs of checks for the last few months on my Firstrust mobile banking app: The images are rotated and cannot be processed. Repeated calls to the telephone service give me repeated recommendations that I uninstall and reinstall the app, which does not solve the problem. The telephone representatives say that it is not Firstrust’s issue, but the app developer’s. The problem with that, however, is that the Apple Store lists Firstrust itself as the app developer and “contact the developer “ links take one to the Firstrust app! I am frustrated beyond measure.
