Poor Update
This app used to be my sole option for local news. The reporting was better and it was organized in a useful way. There were fewer grammatical and spelling errors in the written reporting (a very annoying issue for me).
I have used this app at home on my iPad and iPhone in an area where my access is only through satellite internet. The app is totally directed to video - this uses up our satellite bandwidth. There is limited written reporting now. The way that the app looks makes it impossible to find articles.
Finally, I have now gone back to the competitor's app for access to news and weather. The app is my last choice when it used to be my first choice.Show lessShetland Shepherdess
The best Need App
They only way for me to keep up with the news is to click on your app. It is a very easy and friendly app to use. The other news app(I won't mention there name) is awful it jumps around and it takes you a long time to get back to the home page. This app is by far the best in my opinion.Phantom bike rider

If you want to stay abreast of local news in the western mass area then this is the app to download to your phone or Ipad. With an Index of categories on the left of site, You can choose what you wish to catch up on.Bobbyzgirl544
Worst app; don't waste your time
This app is among the worst in both functioning and content. The content is the worst of the two though. It often has no news updates for days at a time and keeps the same 2-3 "stories" on top. It's just awful. I actually feel less informed than if I had just ignored the app all together.
The functionality of this app feels cumbersome. Lots of selections, no clear understanding of how they organize the information. It works but is awkward to use.Show lessSheilaaaaaah
