Vexed,vexed,vexed
I log in to the app and cannot find any sort of Admin panel for editing or creating invoices, period. In the left hand column is a title heading for example "Create a new form"... and just below it is a selection you can pick that says "From a Blank Form" ...
But when I select that option all I see is a blank screen with a grid background, that's it!
There ARE NO EDITING TOOL PALLETTES or anything of the sort.
SoI logged out and back in again, same result. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same results.
Then as a last resort I went to their website and there isn't even a login anywhere to be seen.OK.
So dug down well hidden way in the back of their site map is SUPPORT. For that to work I had to login with a new password...and when I got in there there was a PDF which is called their user guide. Clicked on that and it shows all these examples of editing using some sort of admin panel they obviously say exist SOMEWHERE.
In short by this point in the process I'm beginning to get very ticked off.
Still nothing about troubleshooting.
The whole impression I got from their AppStore lead was that I would pay the ridiculously high fee of 30.00 to use their app. Which in turn would give me the amazing ability to CREATE totally customized forms for my service business.
Instead what I have received thus far is NOTHIING. So if you want to be frustrated, throw 30.00 at the wind. Buy this APP.
