Pathetic reading experience
More then 30% of the reading space is eaten up by advertisements and useless toolbars in the app. Some times the ads even cover up the news preview columns.
The app never refreshes the data on its own. Every page you navigate to, you have to click the refresh button to get the latest news.
The newspaper's web page offers slightly better reading experience than this, inflexible, fixed-to-landscape view, sub par quality app.Show lessJagadeeshBP

Doesn't work on new iPad
I don't know why publishers like Mathrubhumi who has been very innovative in Malayalam print & media ends up with such a crappy developers. I do remember their portal was a disaster once but they somehow managed to come through it - now comes an app that doesn't even show up when you launch.peringz
Crashes on startup
Seems to have a good interface, but crashes right after it opens on my iPad 3.Jorjeeboy
Promising start
The app looks very promising in terms of user interface, which is indeed very impressive. However, it keeps crashing when it's being loaded. E-paper feature doesn't seems to work at this point of time.
Hope the developers work on fixing these apps. If they do then we would very well see one of the best Apps for and Indian newspaper.Show lesssarath
