Additionally, it does not consider many essential factors such as:
1. New built flats or house
2. Adverse Credit history
3. Self-employed or employed
4. Income level
5. Floor level for flats
6. Second homes
7. Existing financial commitments (mortgages, loans etc) for affordability assessment
8. Location (England, Wales, Scotland, N Ireland) as some lenders offer only local mortgages
9. Proximity (next to pubs, motorways, night clubs etc)
10. Age
11. Resident status/ nationality
12. Type of building construction
etc
Without the above factors, any searches are rather fictive and useless. How can it suggest mortgages without checking your income first and credit history, which are basic factors.
I believe this is just an advertising tool to find brokers (who pay a fee to Mortgage Brain for this advertising).
