Another Update - Another Messed Up App
Oh boy. I am steaming mad to once again need to write this. Another update, another impossibility to gain access to my purchases. Horrible, awful and disgraceful support for this magazine and two others. All interconnected I am sure, after all I cannot see three different app developers all being miserable at sending out updates that work. I cannot think that I will ever trust you guys, especially after a similar thing happened a few years ago where we lost older magazines with an “update”. I’ve been trying to access this app since September. The company has done noting but give me the run around. Until they fix their problems to not pay for a subscription you will be wasting your money.sheli29
Love this mag
I subscribe to a couple quilting mags. This is one of the best and the cost is extremely reasonable. When I changed iPads, I lost all my back issues, the support I received to get everything back was incredibly fast.

Don’t Subscribe
I signed up for a yearly subscription and have yet to get my issues. It will tell you to restore your issues and nothing happens. No response from support, if you really want this order from the website directly. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Wish I could give NO stars cause I would. It’s not worth the 1 Star.branchbunny
Scam
I tried restoring my purchases and it only gives me this endless loop - sign-in, choose restore, it says it could take a few minutes, then nothing. I remember when the Mc Calls’ Name meant something good. Now it just reminds me of thieves, ready to take my yearly subscriptions but not delivering the product. I called McCall’s and they told me they were not able too restore. All that money wasted.earhart music
Worse than useless
This app consistently fails to respond to restore purchases requests. I have paid for a subscription I can’t use. Disgusting.BBClistener

You need to sign in with a Zinio login to restore purchases
This app will work if you get a zinio login and use that as your digital subscriber info for the magazines. All of my purchases came back. Hope this helps.Diana21
