Prefer the old app
Came on to see today to see the app has been updated but it’s telling me to select my landlord with no choices coming up. The old one logged you out sometimes but this you can’t even log in.Glam 90
Since the update app isn’t working like before
Now can’t place a bid from the app it shows bidding restrictions on everything even though it isn’t on the account homebid page.lenzhuu

Never let’s me actually bid
Easy app to use however it continually states when I try to bid that I’m logged out even thought I’m logged in; so frustrating.wthbjjn
Crashes constantly
App needs fixing. Every time I log in and search kick me out. Then log back in only to see no property available all disappeared. This is a great app and well made…please fix glitches.Randi Jones

I did uninstall and download again, but not working at all.
Significant app crash at least last 3weeks.
It used to work and I never had any issues.
I wish to rate 4* but I really can’t.
I tried to contact any possible phone and email on the Lambeth council website, but didn’t received any help at all.
No one get back to me.

No updates
I’ve had this app installed for a good few months. Nearly a year, and there’s not been one update. I’m trying to look at my vid position and everytime I click it. I get kicked off the app. Sort it outkayxknight
Needs improving significantly
Decent app to look for properties to bid for however, needs updating as when you click pictures or bid position, it kicks you out the app. Crashes a lot.Jubz26
