Paid but can't access

So I had paid for this app and was using it on a regular basis. The recent update cleared my purchase information. The restore purchaes fucntion isn't working so, now I have an app that I paid for that I can't use. I emailed the company, hopefully they will be responsive. When they get back to me I will update my review.

Expensive feature

these are expensive for the templates taking in what is provided

The library is constantly expanding, templates are being updated. The price for living library.

Microsoft Office

having major problem with Spell Check & due to hearing issue & everyone I call is in a foreign county my problem has yet to be solved.

Refund!!!

I mistake this app for MS office that I can be able to use word, excel, ect… How do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the purchases on the App Store. It’s all taking care of by Apple. Please contact the Apple support and ask for a refund. They should be able to cancel your purchase and give your money back. https://support.apple.com/contact
