I have been using this app for years now and it does exactly as it says. It is very straight forward and easy to use to make your pictures the perfect size for Whatsapp display pictures and for instagram pictures. It has great filters amongst other additional features.Alracblue

Text glitch
There is a text glitch that has been problematic for some time. When attempting to enter text screen goes blank and not able to type anything.gkwilk
