I’ve used other apps and this one is hands down the best. The features that are included in the free version are amazing. If you like stats, it’s all there. And nicely summarized in an email when you complete your round and post your score. Smooth integration with USGA.

Great for HCP , Play & Exceptional Customer Service
I introduced TheGrint to members of our golf society where we relied on one individual to maintain everyone’s handicaps. The Society HCP was drifting away from the WHS HCP and this became an issue . By introducing TheGrint each player managed his own HCP and a new positive attitude towards a belief in the validity of each player’s ranking .
TheGrint had proved to be extremely popular amongst the group and Customer Service is so cool and personal helping us with questions like “how do we organise competitions etc”

The Best!
After having used nearly every other golf app w/GPS, I can say The Grint is the absolute best. Because I used the GHIN app in the past, and didn’t find the green mapping feature useful, and using Arccos 3 years before finding it too time-consuming to keep up with during a round, the free version of The Grint is perfect! The only feature I haven’t been able to find is how to adjust the pin placement. I really liked that feature with Arccos, as when an Arccos player adjusted the pin, it saved it for future Arccos users. This is really the only reason I’m still forced to carry my rangefinder.
Again, I’m very pleased with The Grint, and thankful Frank Padilla mentioned it during a VSGA one-day event!

Solid free version
Decent free option for tracking your WHS # and has lots of options. Smooth interface and enjoyable experience during a round. Obviously the paid version unlocks a bunch more features and even that is well priced annually
