I used to use this app as my primary evaluation tool (PHENOMENAL interface and user experience) but the app now won't open.

Impressive App
I am a real estate investment banker and run complex multitiered models to assess acquisitions and developments.
I downloaded this as a joke, but have been blown away with its applications and relevance. I use it to model my own personal multi-family acquisitions on the fly. Great job!JJCalifornia

Great insight
Easy to use and plug in your info to see if a piece of real estate makes monetary sense. Even gives you a likelihood rating on if a bank will finance you based on the property stats you input.Clarktellart

I had never used this App or had even heard of this App a week ago. It took very little time to get up to speed. I was able to present my project the following day. My presentation was better than most. They were seasoned pros. I just had the App.RSL69

Don't bother. As soon as you want to do the most basic etching, like add a second unit, they hit you for the $20 upgrade. Try the next one on the list instead.Pariodaddio
