Latest Update Fails
iPhone 4 iOS users do not install latest update. App loads then screen goes blank. App support link takes you to the county web site only. No direct link to developer help with App. Someone needs to fix this. Cell data turned off on WiFi only plenty of memory so it is a bug. Should have known better with App revision on 12/30/15. Someone in a hurry to get home using a newer model tested it.Show lessOC Life Resident
Great idea!
This app is pretty easy to use. It's nice not having to wait on hold. Also sometimes my children are loud and it is hard to talk on the phone so this is great. Also you can include a picture with your report. Not so good - not iPhone 5 optimized, location feature is awkward, and it would be nice to have definitions of the categories. The app is easy to use and better than that, the first issue I submitted was corrected very quickly. Orange County Florida residents would be doing themselves and the community a favor to download and use this app!kiwibirdee
So so
I have been using the app for over a week. County is slow in responding. Coordinates function provides wrong location. Be sure to type in exact location and cross roads. Please fix.billy bob the lion
