Do not buy add-ons

If you buy an add-on and you cancel it, they will continue to try to bill you for it. Cannot believe that the bank refunded me and they still have the audacity to try and bill me a year later. I cancelled it. Why are you still trying to bill me???

If you have started a subscription, it automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription period. Australian Accent Option in the App

I’ve got a 4 year old and 11 months old and we love using KidloLand due to its interactive games content. However I would love to have an Australian or British Accent into it because my 4 year old daughter right now has American accent from it and I don’t like my baby to get it as well.

Recently a KidloLand plus keeps popping up and my kids kept clicking it but I don’t want to pay more. Is there a way to get rid of it?

Battery Drain

My kid loves this app but it causes the iPad to overheat and the battery to drain rapidly. No idea why this app drains the battery so quickly.

so starting with this is the best kids. period. I love how you gave us free five minutes my kid really loves this game so that’s why it inspired me to get the subscription. my kid comes to me every single day she never cries anymore this game has really inspired my kid we all of these games and this game you should really get premium trust me it’s worth it even I can pay for everything so yeah. have is so good it has so many activities for the kids and this is the most positive game i’ve EVER seen! so good luck kidlo land! don’t listen to all those bad reviews! be positive like this game! we love you kidlo land and have a good day/ night.

Waste of time

I was so excited for my toddler to try this app, it looked promising. He liked it right away but then I ended up deleting it because there are so many in app purchases or subscription requirement that he couldn’t do practically anything. So sad, we got sucked in.

There is no other In-App Purchase required once you subscribe to the App, as the content inside the App gets unlocked for you.
