Penn State has a great mobile app, the only thing missing is external transfer. The bank needs to rebrand and add new features like external transfer 🤝

Thanks for developing this app, PSFCU! I’ve been a member for over 25 years and am happy to have this interface to use instead of Penny Online, especially thanks to the mobile check deposit feature. I don’t deposit checks often, and I live 25 miles from my nearest PSFCU office, so I appreciate the convenience of depositing from home. I also find the app easier to use and navigate than the website portal.

The app doesn’t have lot of options including online check deposit
Needs work and partnerships
No connection to zelle and other ways to move Money. Mobile deposit has a hard time reading the words “mobile deposit made to...”
Always Works - Very Simple to Use
This is so simple to use. Finally an easy mobile banking app that always works!
Mobile check deposit is iffy.
First let me say that I loved the banking app, and the ability to mobile deposit. I buy groceries for my elderly neighbor and she pays me back via checks. We live 45 minutes away from any bank branch that we can use without fees so depositing from home was great!
Now the problem...
“For mobile deposit at Penn State FCU” on one line and readable because it’s very picky? Really? One line? It doesn’t fit.
Maybe you can make it three lines, first is signature, second is “for mobile deposit”, third line is “at Penn State FCU”
or something.
Just a suggestion. Because if i have to continually struggle to get the app to work, and have to stop at the credit union to deposit my checks after having the app reject it multiple times, the app becomes useless and eventually I will stop using it and delete it. I don’t handle frustration well.
