  • Can even get started

I’ve never seen a more beautifully cryptic software solution.
There is ZERO info about how to get started, or costs.

I tried banging around in this for about an hour. I still can not seem to create a new Project.
My guess is that you need to have projects already created through their company to view and edit on the iPad,
but…. there is no information about that, even on their website.
The website is videos about where you can use it, how to write notes on a shot, and how to email your notes.
the FAQ is a a bunch of questions no one would ask. Actually it’s only 4 questions.
I would ask: How much does it cost to get started? How do I create a new project? How do I import clips, etc.

When you PLAY a tutorial on your iPad, it hangs every few seconds, and if you hit PLAY while it’s hung, it just advances +1 frame. I have a new 2014 iPad, and it’s stupid slow on it.
The Choices you have at the top are: Spots and Reels, Trailer, Tutorials. The pulldown menu for each is the same:
All Reels, Delete downloads, Update, Dpwnloaded reels, mark all as seen.
    Not intuitive at all.
The opening screen has a help button: Tap to open project, pull down to update.
Again… Nothing about how to create a NEW project.

I’m not sure who would use this, and if they do, I’d like to know where they learned how to actually use it.
