Literally one of the worst apps!! Find another app. This one isn’t reliable and there isn’t anyone to help when you need it!! I will be cancelling my plan asap!!
Orientation update is wonky
Great app, but please inform me where or add orientation settings. Makes it very frustrating to use on iPhone where I’m used swiping up from the bottom of the phone regardless of orientation and then the order list won’t go back to portrait. When your using this app every day all day the minor wonkiness turns into an extreme perpetual annoyance.

Worst inspection app ever
This app is the biggest waste it doesn’t let you upload without filling out every single section even when the required sections aren’t available to be filled out(example says you need to fill out bedroom 2 but there’s only one bedroom) also they put maximum photos on things which makes no sense example being appliances says you need to take 4 and can’t take more than 4 but then if there’s 5 appliances u can’t show it with pictures u have to write it in and if there’s a problem with an appliance u can’t picture it because u have a maximum photo limit. Also when you have too many pictures in the report it will start crashing over and over and the more information you fill the more often it crashes which isn’t even the worst part it’s when it does crash it will delete things out of it even if you hard save and you move 10 sections forward it might delete something out of a previous section which makes no sense and is a nightmarish headache.

Camera needs more options to work solo
I have to take pictures at work to show I'm working and with this app you can't use a selfie stick or tripod to make my life easier I give it 5 stars if you can use selfie stick or even if side buttons on iPhone 6 would snap the photos but don't

Really works fast
I used a camera to document the work I do and it took forever to get photos organized by address and send to my customers. This app is so fast and photos are sent to my office instantly and organized. Saves me at least an hour a day.

Good and saves time but a glitch erases the work sometimes and has done it more than once I had to redo many projects because all or most pics just disappeared or went blank in file
