Camera works to add eyes to instant picture, but no access to stored photos as features not working

Crashes after choosing either camera or photo library.
Looks like the developers forgot to prompt the permissions request for latest iOS and iPhone XS

Don't bother
Won't let you add eyes unless the app can detect eyes already in the picture. Eye detection is weak, therefore I can't add eyes to any picture. Idea for the next version, let users place eyes wherever they want.
Not great
It only uses eye detection so no good for me. It means you can't add silly eyes to an inanimate object because if the camera doesn't detect eyes already in the photo it won't let you use it.
