Note function very painful.
I really tried to like this app, but the note function was a real deal breaker. I couldn't simply toggle this on and off. To enter notes in multiple cells required tapping the pencil icon for each cell. Then, when I selected a previously "noted" cell to input the correct number, I had to de-select the note function for that cell before making my desired entry. Downloaded and tried twice on my iPhone 6+ in case there was some glitch, but no joy.Show lessTechcpo

It's an ok game. I like the whole set up and stuff but I wish there would be less ads. That's all there is at the top of the screen the entire time. It's really annoying. The only reason I hate the app is cause of thatCaitlfynn

I have had this game for years and played fairly often. I will no longer. 25 second videos advertising other games started coming up this week when I finished a game. I don't see a place to skip these ads.
Also, I'm at the expert level, and most of the time I have to guess a few times in order to finish the game.Show lessEurcat
Entry functions need a lot of work
I use this because I can enter my own puzzles easily, but the entry functionality is not up to par with other sudoku apps. Three areas for improvement: need an "undo" button, need separate buttons for the notes and number functions (the toggle is really awkward), and need better highlighting of the active number. Very nice app
Capture of puzzle using the camera worked perfectly, unlike my experience with another highly-rated app.
The instructions do not describe the Settings. It was nice to know that I made the wrong choice in square, but it was not clear why.
I'm not sure if there is an Undo, or better yet, a sequence of undo's, so I can go back to a previous state.
But it definitely helped me solve a puzzle I had been having a hard time solving on paper.Show lessDvfolk
