Even if you know scripture really well already, or have read a passage a million times, the daily scripture is followed by a brief commentary/reflection and prayer which are written by different people.
It’s a daily surprise and the variety of voices inspires me to think about how the living word is showing up in my life - in unique ways. 💜✝️🙏

Encouragement, Time Efficient
I love this app. It gives deep spiritual encouragement, Scripture, and beautifully and simply gets to the point. Therefore, in a busy life my time for prayer can be well spent.
I can also use the space to reflect and slow down, when I have more time to contemplate.

Ah, the Jesuits!
They have done it again. I am one of 13 children reared by a man schooled by the Jesuits. His example for all of us -230+ strong- I believe has continued to make this world a better place. It is the encouragement found through the Jesuit ministry that calls many of us to persevere when life gets so difficult. I owe my receipt of this devotional from a daughter. How grateful I am!

This is a wonderful short daily prayer to keep me on the right path and to go back to during the day ..
All I need is you, My Lord…you are my portion and cup.
This is a beautiful, meaningful way to start your day. Here you can allow yourself to quietly sit in the presence of God…as you read and contemplate the scripture, the reflection, and prayers so graciously provided to us through the Jesuits. I am truly grateful for this app. It’s helping me to establish morning time with God. May God’s blessings be upon all those using this app…in Jesus’s name I pray. AMEN!

Gives a good focus for prayer, and a sense of peace
A good base in contemplative prayer
The starting image is a good start to pause with, the scripture is aligned well with the Catholic Liturgy of the day… the scripture is not too long offering a good place to contemplate. The commentary is rich and the closing prayer draw this to a good close. The daily Examen process is included to.

I’ve been using this app for many years. The reflections are very simple, but powerful and so relative to my life. I love that I can take it with me everywhere I go.

Perfect content, interface ok
I think the content on this app is excellent. The interface is a little clunky. I like the simplicity, but I’d like to see it married to a more streamlined interface. Definitely a major asset in my devotional life.
